there. And sure I guess that entitles him to call cops or the towing company for that matter to have the car removed, which I don't like but he could. Isn't that revenge enough for me using his space almost in the middle of the night for twenty minutes? I chose the wrong space! His complete disrespect by yanking those chains off and rude manner when I kept swallowing my pride and admitting and apologizing (sincerely) are what bogged me down, I mean does my Z look like a fucking beater to scratch up? Does yours? What ever happened to people being understanding? I too have my own parking spot. I don't go and be so anal, if I recognize the car and ask them to move. If I'm not using it and they are in my absence, hey, at least someone else is being benefited? Sometimes people look way too deep in that Constitution and just think about their stupid freedom and forget about others and the human relationship. No freedom is worth dissing another human. In a few years when I complete med school and I am a big surgeon, and this fool shows up, will I deny him service because of what he did or if he doesn't have money to pay for it. NO!! I guess I like to help and I'm not so hung over getting my property from helping him (his money would've been my property as you claimed people would kill for!) I don't know where you live but in the SF/Berkeley area there is a parking problem normally. Sometimes to get by, it is very commen to park in a red for a few minutes if you just have to run somewhere to get something done instead of waiting a fucking hour for some person to leave their meter! Do you understand where I'm coming from. So it is past ten and this is a business building, not a residence building and I stay fo twenty minutes. If you are talking pricipal, I'm not arguing. By me parking in one of the tenant's spots (I found out later that this tenant left the area a year ago, so it is open; its not a memorial, no one took down the sign) I probably made his resale value go up (hehe the Z adds value) and added the beautiful tread design of Pole-Positions S0-2 to the ground. (I'm trying to lighten up the conversation witht that corney joke) Besides that, I just wish we could have talked level headed and he rather boxed me in with his truck to begin with rather than touch my car with chains? Think about that. Parking was my problem, but mode of enforcement was over done? Seriously, who carries chains around and chains some one's car? I know the Police do, but why civilians? Wouldn't it be easier to have the tow company take care of it? Regards,
